Isaac Ocquaye-Allotey

Isaac Ocquaye-Allotey is an accomplished Transaction Advisor and Investment Banker with over a decade of experience in project and corporate finance, financial modelling, valuation, project preparation, and transaction advisory across Africa, Europe, and North America. He has executed and advised on transactions exceeding US$12 billion across infrastructure, energy, oil & gas, mining, transportation, real estate, manufacturing, agribusiness, and healthcare.

Isaac currently provides transaction advisory services through Mishlay Capital & Advisory Partners, Blue Phoenix Marine, Hawksworth Advisors, and Intercontinental Capital Partners, leading mandates in capital raising, project bankability, financial modelling, and transaction structuring.

Previously, he held senior roles at Afreximbank, Deloitte Africa, EY Strategy & Transactions, and the International Finance Corporation (IFC). Isaac holds an MBA in Finance and BSc in Banking & Finance and is a Certified Valuation Analyst and Chartered Stockbroker. He is currently pursuing a DBA, CPA Canada designation, and PMP certification.
